Donor Disclaimer
Crossroads Youth Center is a charitable organization as described in 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; EIN#01-0586314, registered in the state of Maine. In accordance with the Internal Revenue Service guidelines, Crossroads maintains discretion and sole control over the use of all donated funds once a tax-deductible receipt is issued. All donations are non-refundable. Crossroads Youth Center honors the donor’s request for any of our preapproved programs and projects whenever possible. In rare cases when that is not possible, gifts will be used where needed. Therefore, donors explicitly release Crossroads Youth Center from any restrictions on how those are funds are spent. No goods or services were provided in return for any contribution. Contributions are generally tax-deductible to the limit allowed by law if the donor itemizes.
Crossroads is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, and is eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions. Please consult your tax advisor to determine the tax deductibility of your gift.
